For grell, sustainability starts at the development stage. That’s why grell headphones are designed so that individual components can be replaced. This helps extend the life of our products and supports a more responsible use of resources.
We are starting with ear pads and headband pads for the OAE1 and OAE2. They can be easily replaced when needed, helping to maintain the comfort and acoustic performance of your headphones over time. The headband pads of the grell OAE Series consist of two separately replaceable components. The lower pad provides comfort, while the upper pad, made from high-quality synthetic leather, defines the distinctive appearance of the headphones. Both components are available separately as spare parts.

Proven comfort for the OAE1: The lower headband pad of the OAE1 provides even pressure distribution and comfortable wear. The upper pad, made from high-quality synthetic leather, blends seamlessly with the distinctive design of the OAE1. Both components are designed for durability and can be replaced independently.

The upper pad, made from high-quality synthetic leather, features the grell brand button with logo and product name, adding a distinctive design detail.

The ear pads of the grell OAE Series are replaceable, helping to extend the life of the headphones. At the same time, they play an important role in acoustic tuning. Their material, shape and construction are specifically matched to the acoustic characteristics of each headphone model. This is why dedicated ear pad sets are available for the OAE1 and OAE2.
